Salary: €800 - €1,200 monthly

What you will do

• Coordinate daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding from a workplace perspective, including access badges and equipment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee workplace-related questions and feedback.
• Organize internal events, team moments, and office initiatives to enhance employee experience.
• Document workplace processes and create simple guides for employees.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to increase productivity and optimize operations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business, HR, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field.
• Availability for a 6-month internship.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Mac environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Previous experience in office management, events, or operations, ideally in a startup.
• Interest in AI automation and service design.
