Office Coordinator

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for all day-to-day office queries, deliveries, and guests.
• Manage office supplies, kitchen essentials, and IT inventory.
• Coordinate with building management and landlords for maintenance and access requests.
• Handle local onboarding logistics, including IT equipment and facility access for new hires.
• Plan and host local team events, such as happy hours, team lunches, and wellbeing programmes.
• Manage office digital signage and support health and safety measures.

• Must be based in London and able to commute to the Holborn office.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience and helping people.
• Ability to multi-task and switch between tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
