Location: Must be based in London, UK (4 days per week in the Shoreditch office)

What you will do

• Lead hospitality, workplace operations, and facilities management for the London campus.
• Manage a team of 4 and oversee vendor relationships to ensure high standards and cost-efficiency.
• Own the end-to-end campus experience, ensuring it aligns with global hirify.global standards.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Real Estate teams to manage risk and ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee workplace health, safety, and security protocols across all campus properties.
• Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Shoreditch office 4 days per week.
• Proven experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong background in vendor and contract management with a focus on accountability.
• Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across diverse teams.
• Experience managing operational budgets and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for change.
