What you will do

• Develop and maintain floor plans for international sites using AutoCAD.
• Analyze occupancy reports and track workplace utilization to optimize space.
• Support test fit options for workplace projects and small works.
• Coordinate onsite contractors for project delivery in collaboration with facilities teams.
• Implement and manage processes for CAFM systems and Power BI reporting.
• Provide administrative support for planning meetings and project workbooks.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2020.
• Proven experience in a migration or space planning management role.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office 365.
• Basic understanding of IT and AV infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work some weekends as required.
• Evidence of successfully handling multiple projects simultaneously.
