What you will do

• Create and continuously optimise a workplace that supports employee productivity and performance.
• Own day-to-day workplace operations and maintain a safe, efficient, high-performing environment.
• Manage relationships with landlords, building management, and key suppliers.
• Oversee workplace services including connectivity, food and beverage, office technology, and employee health initiatives.
• Improve workplace processes and introduce innovative solutions that promote workplace excellence.
• Provide operational support and coordinate meetings, travel, and internal events.

Requirements

• Experience as an office manager or workplace manager, with readiness to take on a broader remit.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with suppliers and building management.
• Comfort working hands-on in a fast-moving environment.
