Consulting Manager (Organizational Design)

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze and assess current organizational structures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Design organizational models, job matrices, and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives and agility.
• Partner with HR and leadership to align organizational design with workforce planning and talent management.
• Develop and implement customized change management roadmaps, impact analyses, and readiness assessments.
• Establish role definitions and reporting relationships to support career development and succession planning.
• Contribute to business development, recruiting, and internal people development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of consulting experience, including leading complex engagements with successful outcomes.
• Deep expertise in Organizational Design, Business and HR Transformation, and Target Operating Models.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills for functional and technical specifications.
• Must be based within a reasonable commuting distance to New York City.
