TL;DR
Consulting Manager (Organizational Design): Designing and optimizing organizational structures and target operating models for global clients with an accent on business transformation and HR modernization. Location: Hybrid in New York City (3 days onsite). Must have US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do
- Analyze and assess current organizational structures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Design organizational models, job matrices, and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives and agility.
- Partner with HR and leadership to align organizational design with workforce planning and talent management.
- Develop and implement customized change management roadmaps, impact analyses, and readiness assessments.
- Establish role definitions and reporting relationships to support career development and succession planning.
- Contribute to business development, recruiting, and internal people development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of consulting experience, including leading complex engagements with successful outcomes.
- Deep expertise in Organizational Design, Business and HR Transformation, and Target Operating Models.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills for functional and technical specifications.
- Must be based within a reasonable commuting distance to New York City.
