What you will do

• Lead and contribute to client engagements focused on cost reduction, EBITDA improvement, and operational transformation.
• Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and KPI reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives and private equity sponsors in working sessions.
• Develop actionable recommendations and implement process improvements across finance and operations.
• Manage workstreams and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in management consulting, operational improvement, or corporate strategy.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of operational drivers in manufacturing, logistics, or consumer businesses.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate data analysis and research.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in restructuring or turnaround contexts (e.g., A&M, AlixPartners, FTI).
• Lean, Six Sigma, or supply chain credentials.
• Sector experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or logistics.
