What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of engagements focused on cost reduction, EBITDA improvement, and operational transformation.
• Serve as the primary client contact for executive leadership, private equity sponsors, and lenders.
• Develop board-ready presentations, financial models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Identify operational and financial improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Manage multiple workstreams and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows and client solutions.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience in management consulting, operational improvement, or PE portfolio operations.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Expert financial modeling capabilities and experience with complex operational datasets.
• Proven track record of leading engagements in PE-backed or sponsor-driven environments.
• Excellent executive communication skills and project management discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in restructuring or turnaround contexts (e.g., A&M, AlixPartners, FTI).
• Lean, Six Sigma, or supply chain credentials.
• Sector experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or logistics.
