What you will do

• Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Supervise multiple consulting projects and programs while providing guidance to team members.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in digital and business transformation for the energy, utilities, and industrials sectors.
• Develop strategic solutions and provide thought leadership to support client decision-making.
• Coach and mentor consultants to foster professional growth and team leadership.
• Participate in the Digital Transformation Steering Committee to shape firm strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philadelphia area with an extensive local network.
• 7+ years of consulting experience, specifically in digital transformation within large global environments.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and revenue generation.
• Demonstrated expertise in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software (ERP, PLM, MES, LIMS), Agile, and IT strategy.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in the chemical industry.
