What you will do
- Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Supervise multiple consulting projects and programs while providing guidance to team members.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in digital and business transformation for the energy, utilities, and industrials sectors.
- Develop strategic solutions and provide thought leadership to support client decision-making.
- Coach and mentor consultants to foster professional growth and team leadership.
- Participate in the Digital Transformation Steering Committee to shape firm strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philadelphia area with an extensive local network.
- 7+ years of consulting experience, specifically in digital transformation within large global environments.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and revenue generation.
- Demonstrated expertise in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software (ERP, PLM, MES, LIMS), Agile, and IT strategy.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience in the chemical industry.
