What you will do

• Oversee asset vendors on-site, managing equipment receipt, assembly, and commissioning.
• Perform technical operations including Meggering 15kv cables and connecting temporary electrical and gas lines.
• Coordinate site layouts and equipment mobilization, including load banks and transformers, with construction staff.
• Troubleshoot electrical, gas, and mechanical issues to ensure efficient project progression.
• Train new commissioning and maintenance technicians on-site.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance and assist with incident response and investigations.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of related experience, preferably in the oil and gas rental or electrical industry.
• Strong understanding of electronics, electrical equipment, and electrical safety.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work in extreme temperatures, wind, precipitation, and at heights.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 pounds.
• High School diploma, skilled labor certificate, or equivalent.
