Location: Remote (Must be located in the Texas area, ideally Austin)

Compensation: $325,000 - $375,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Mid-Enterprise sales strategy to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Hire, lead, coach, and mentor a team of Mid-Enterprise Account Executives to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Implement a "channel first" go-to-market strategy to build pipelines through partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align GTM execution and customer experience.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify differentiation and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the cybersecurity industry or SaaS startups.
  • Must be located in the Texas area (ideally Austin).
  • Proven ability to execute sales plans and forecasts to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Experience recruiting and onboarding partners to drive a high-performing channel ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Reliable consumer-grade broadband connection (minimum 25Mbps).

  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles within the Mid-Enterprise segment.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and generating actionable insights.
