Location: Remote (Must be located in the Texas area, ideally Austin)
Compensation: $325,000 - $375,000 OTE

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Mid-Enterprise sales strategy to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Hire, lead, coach, and mentor a team of Mid-Enterprise Account Executives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Implement a "channel first" go-to-market strategy to build pipelines through partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align GTM execution and customer experience.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify differentiation and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the cybersecurity industry or SaaS startups.
- Must be located in the Texas area (ideally Austin).
- Proven ability to execute sales plans and forecasts to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Experience recruiting and onboarding partners to drive a high-performing channel ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Reliable consumer-grade broadband connection (minimum 25Mbps).
