What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop regional sales directors to build high-performing teams.
• Own regional bookings, forecast accuracy, and consistent attainment of revenue targets.
• Execute regional go-to-market strategy, driving pipeline growth and new logo acquisition.
• Champion MEDDPICC, Force Management, and operational excellence across the organization.
• Recruit, hire, and retain world-class sales leadership talent.
• Engage directly in strategic customer relationships and complex enterprise opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including leadership of first-line sales managers.
• Proven success exceeding revenue targets in high-growth enterprise software organizations.
• Experience selling into Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 customers.
• Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Force Management.
• Deep understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, data security, or AI security markets.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
