What you will do

• Lead the qualification and implementation of innovative test applications and tools (hardware/software) for design validation and process control.
• Drive magnetic recording experiments and advanced data analysis to provide critical design insights for recording head development.
• Architect and deliver engineering solutions for R&D operations, introducing new methodologies and industry-leading techniques.
• Provide technical leadership by presenting impactful findings to the Recording Head Development team.
• Collaborate across global teams in the USA and UK to align stakeholders and influence technical direction.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience with programming languages, automated data acquisition, processing, visualization, and large-scale data analysis.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence technical direction across diverse teams.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Samut Prakan, Thailand.
• English: Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as electrical circuits, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
• Experience with characterization methodologies including Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) or Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
