What you will do

• Analyze board-level failures (DOA, WARR, NFF, SPR) and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Perform structured troubleshooting and fault isolation to determine root causes of test and product issues.
• Develop and implement containment and corrective actions to prevent failure recurrence.
• Prepare detailed technical reports documenting problem statements, analysis, and verification results.
• Support new product transfer (NPT) activities, including early failure analysis and test readiness.
• Utilize automation and analytics tools to increase reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in test, debug, or product quality engineering.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and standard quality tools.
• Ability to analyze test data and generate clear technical documentation.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled tools, data analytics, or automation solutions.
• Must be based in the Philippines (local candidates only)
