What you will do

• Translate the Payment Operations value stream strategy into a clear, actionable experience roadmap.
• Lead prioritization across SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and align stakeholders on measurable outcomes.
• Build and refine a prioritized feature backlog using economic impact and value scoring (WSJF).
• Collaborate with Product Owners to decompose features into high-quality user stories.
• Drive friction reduction and reliability improvements in payment experiences while maintaining regulatory standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to align feature scope with operational readiness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Experience Design.
• 5+ years of experience in Payments, Product Operations, or Value Stream leadership (SaaS preferred).
• Must be based in the United States of America.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
• Strong analytical capability and experience managing complex multi-stakeholder backlogs.
• Experience with payment processing systems, including settlement, refunds, disputes, and fraud/risk.

Nice to have

• Product management experience in Fintech SaaS.
• SAFe PMPO certification.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML-enabled platforms to automate operational workflows.
• Proficiency with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
