What you will do
- Own credit risk assessment and reserve management strategies to evaluate and mitigate risk.
- Develop proactive fraud detection and prevention controls, including freeze mechanisms and dispute workflows.
- Automate end-to-end onboarding compliance, covering KYB verification, AML screening, and background checks.
- Build flexible, platform-oriented systems that allow operations teams to configure risk patterns without engineering bottlenecks.
- Partner with Collections, Treasury, and Legal on payment blocks and enforcement actions.
- Iteratively deliver high-ROI features to improve automation rates and risk accuracy.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required for autonomously building, debugging, and shipping functional code and prototypes.
- AI fluency with a vision for transforming risk operations via automation and anomaly scoring.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager focusing on platforms, APIs, or operational tools.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency with data visualization tools.
- Business-level proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
- Strong UX sensibilities for creating efficient admin and customer-facing tooling.
