What you will do

• Own credit risk assessment and reserve management strategies to evaluate and mitigate risk.
• Develop proactive fraud detection and prevention controls, including freeze mechanisms and dispute workflows.
• Automate end-to-end onboarding compliance, covering KYB verification, AML screening, and background checks.
• Build flexible, platform-oriented systems that allow operations teams to configure risk patterns without engineering bottlenecks.
• Partner with Collections, Treasury, and Legal on payment blocks and enforcement actions.
• Iteratively deliver high-ROI features to improve automation rates and risk accuracy.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required for autonomously building, debugging, and shipping functional code and prototypes.
• AI fluency with a vision for transforming risk operations via automation and anomaly scoring.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager focusing on platforms, APIs, or operational tools.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency with data visualization tools.
• Business-level proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
• Strong UX sensibilities for creating efficient admin and customer-facing tooling.
