Salary: $200,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Transform complex technical security concepts into intuitive, user-centered product experiences and design proposals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to meet both user needs and security standards.
• Collaborate with other designers to define shared patterns, overall product vision, and design guidelines.
• Partner with product management and engineering teams to integrate technical constraints and user feedback into designs.
• Maintain and update design system components in Figma to ensure aesthetic coherence across the platform.
• Identify user needs and resolve UX challenges through quantitative research and internal usability testing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX and/or Product Design experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing for enterprise SaaS and/or B2B security domains.
• Proven track record of shipping world-class product designs in Figma (UX portfolio required).
• Deep understanding of front-end development techniques including HTML, CSS, and JS frameworks.
• Experience contributing to and managing Design Systems.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, NY area, or DC metro area.
