What you will do

• Lead product design for key features within a strategic domain from research to implementation.
• Manage the full design lifecycle including wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system by creating scalable, reusable components in Figma.
• Own the digital adoption tool across the platform, designing in-app guidance and walkthroughs.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution and consistency across all platform elements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to support the hybrid work model.
• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX product designer in B2B/SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating B2B/SaaS product design expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma including components, variants, and auto layout.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
