Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 base + competitive commissions

What you will do
- Drive acquisition of new customers across the USSOCOM ecosystem, aligning with strategic growth objectives.
- Develop and execute capture plans, win strategies, and competitive positioning to secure new business.
- Engage early with government stakeholders, primes, and partners to shape opportunities ahead of solicitation.
- Lead teaming arrangements to enhance technical capabilities and socio-economic positioning.
- Translate technical capabilities—such as the Unicorn Delivery Service (UDS) and cATO acceleration—into persuasive win themes.
- Support RFI/RFP responses with market intelligence, SWOT analysis, and pricing strategy input.
Requirements
- Proven ability to win complex technical pursuits through the full capture lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of USSOCOM acquisition processes, including FAR-based contracts, OTAs, SBIR, and IDIQ.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Deep operational experience within USSOCOM.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with software factory environments, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, or tactical edge deployments.
