What you will do

• Manage the full project life cycle for small- to mid-sized site development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and secure resources for each project stage.
• Communicate project scope, schedules, budgets, progress, and challenges with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Track costs, identify risks and potential additional expenses, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project meetings, deliverables, documentation, contract negotiations, and client relationships.
• Mentor staff on project management best practices and enforce applicable regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• Project management experience with scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
