What you will do

• Architect and develop control systems for advanced HGA process equipment to ensure repeatable and scalable system behavior.
• Define and implement motion control, vision alignment, and automation strategies for high-precision assembly and inspection.
• Develop and integrate closed-loop control systems using feedback from sensors, vision systems, and metrology.
• Establish alignment, positioning, and calibration strategies to meet tight tolerances for next-generation designs.
• Drive automation architecture, including sequencing, machine control logic, and cross-component system integration.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and external suppliers to implement first-of-kind equipment solutions.

Requirements

• Background in controls engineering, automation, mechatronics, or a related field with experience in precision equipment.
• Expertise in motion control, vision systems, or automation development.
• Familiarity with system integration across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Strong analytical skills to debug complex system interactions and perform root cause analysis.
• English: Good written and spoken communication skills required for global collaboration.
• Availability: Flexibility to support cross-time-zone engagement and periodic evening meetings with U.S.-based partners.
