What you will do

• Identify and analyze market trends to uncover high-value opportunities and drive GTM strategies.
• Act as a specialist and product expert to help customers realize the value of hirify.global's evolving portfolio.
• Build and optimize a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and qualification.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Provide actionable feedback to enhance sales funnels, marketing campaigns, and customer onboarding.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise sales experience in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven expertise in strategic solution selling and multi-stakeholder deal navigation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and various analytics tools.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive-level engagement.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
