TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (New Haven, CT); Authorization to work in the United States is required. No visa sponsorship available.

Salary: $32.34 per hour

What you will do

  • Review and process surrender and partial withdrawal requests from agents and customers.
  • Execute policy and general accounting transactions in administrative systems using appropriate codes.
  • Perform manual calculations to determine taxes owed in compliance with U.S. and Canadian tax policies.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding annuity services, transfers, and rollovers.
  • Handle complex client calls and emails to resolve issues and provide detailed contract information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with insurance and annuity policies.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and tax laws regarding annuity products.
  • Proficiency in PC software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Ability to use policy administrative systems such as Ingenium and CICS (Life 70).
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
