Salary: $52,232.80 – $70,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for policyholders and agents via phone and email.
• Assist customers with policy details, billing inquiries, endorsements, and coverage questions.
• Support policy renewals through clear explanations and guidance.
• Collaborate with DriveSmart, Underwriting, and Billing teams to resolve customer needs.
• Maintain high accuracy in all underwriting and policy-related communications.

Requirements

• 1+ years of insurance experience, preferably in underwriting or policy servicing.
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
• Proficiency in Zendesk, HubSpot, Slack, and Excel.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Spanish fluency.
