What you will do

• Enter new insurance submissions received via email into the system.
• Send market block notifications to producers following established protocols.
• Execute assigned performance goals based on training guidelines.

• Contribute to team service level agreements and department goals.
• Maintain professional working relationships with internal colleagues.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• High School Diploma.
• 1–3 years of experience in underwriting, insurance operations, or support roles.
• Strong written, oral communication, and typing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
