What you will do

• Process a diverse range of 401(k) requests, including distributions, roll-ins, loans, and portfolio rebalancing.
• Ensure all money movement operations comply with SLAs and regulatory guidelines.
• Partner with front-office teams to resolve employee requests and complex 401(k) service escalations.
• Collaborate with product teams to conceptualize and implement process efficiencies for 401(k) servicing.
• Maintain strict privacy processes and trainings, including HIPAA and fiduciary standards.
• Support the broader Financial Operations team with business analysis and program management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of 401(k) money movement or operational experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong task ownership.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
