What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to gather information and resolve low-complexity issues.
• Manage daily client servicing workflows and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Process business transactions and attach appropriate forms under underwriter direction.
• Maintain a suspense and follow-up system for outstanding underwriting items.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal business partners.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and within a team.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work toward an AINS insurance designation.
