What you will do

• Manage PCO release and control, ensuring risk management and strict adherence to SOPs.
• Drive build configuration management per BOM/ECN and specific customer restrictions.
• Analyze and provide yield and test time assumptions for IE/Production using the FROST system.
• Monitor CERT yield triggers daily, escalating issues and providing containment actions to mitigate shipment impact.
• Lead initiatives for test time reduction to meet budget POR and planning assumptions.
• Define rework proposals and qualify BE process flow to continuously reduce drive scrap costs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Hard Disk Drive (HDD) knowledge or Drive Test Processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure and lead cross-functional teams.
