What you will do

• Ensure pharmacy-facing data for 50,000+ compounded medications is accurate and complete.
• Maintain and improve internal medication taxonomy to drive scalability.
• Vet and onboard new pharmacy partners based on pricing, turnaround time, and state licensure.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for pharmacy partners to resolve operational issues.
• Track and document compliance with NABP, DEA, and state-specific pharmacy regulations.
• Support the rollout of error reporting tools and participate in root cause analysis for incidents.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare data systems, or EHR/PBM environments.
• Must be based in New York, NY, United States.
• Familiarity with pharmacy regulations including NABP and DEA rules.
• Comfort working with structured data, standardized formats, and maintaining SOPs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a startup or lean team setting.

Nice to have

• PharmD or other clinical credentials.
• Exposure to compounding pharmacies or telehealth environments.
