Clinical Operations Supervisor (Specialty Pharmacy)

What you will do

• Lead daily workflow execution and operational performance for telephonic Registered Nurses supporting a Specialty Pharmacy Initial Clinical Engagement Program.
• Provide real-time guidance on clinical workflows, documentation, patient interactions, systems navigation, and escalation pathways.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, adherence, quality, service levels, queue performance, and other operational metrics.
• Coach nurses through one-on-ones, huddles, quality reviews, action plans, and performance improvement activities.
• Support onboarding, training, nesting, precepting, competency validation, and transition to independent production.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, Compliance, Workforce Management, HR, IT, Recruiting, and Operations leadership to resolve risks and improve program stability.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse license in good standing is required.
• An active, unencumbered license in the state of residence is required.
• Eligibility to apply for or hold a compact license and additional single-state licenses as needed is required.
• At least three years of clinical Registered Nurse experience is preferred.
• At least one year of leadership, mentoring, coaching, precepting, training, Team Lead, Charge Nurse, SME, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, telephonic nursing, case management, patient education, clinical operations, or healthcare contact center operations is preferred.

Nice to have

• Clinical experience in neurology, multiple sclerosis, rheumatology, dermatology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, infectious disease, asthma, oncology, pediatrics, or complex medication therapy support.
• Experience supporting remote, hybrid, or geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with new-hire training, precepting, peer-to-peer documentation review, or clinical coaching.
