What you will do
- Lead HR technology implementation and enhancement efforts as the primary liaison with third-party system partners.
- Evaluate bi-annual system releases, conduct impact assessments, and recommend updates to technology and configurations.
- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and support system integrations, interfaces, and data exchange processes.
- Administer SAP SuccessFactors, managing configurations and Role-Based Permissions.
- Develop reporting and analytics to support business processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity from Downers Grove, IL.
- 5+ years of experience implementing, administering, and supporting HR technology solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HCM platforms.
- Proven experience supporting system integrations, testing, and data management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Compensation & Variable Pay.
- Experience supporting global HR systems and processes.
- Expertise in HR data governance, reporting, and analytics.
