Focus on building relationships with pain specialists and oncologists, navigating market access barriers, and achieving sales targets across the Seoul Metropolitan Area and other key territories.

Location: Must be based in South Korea (Seoul Metropolitan Area, Chungcheong, Jeolla, Daegu, or Busan)

What you will do

  • Develop and implement tailored account plans for hospitals and pain management centers.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure optimal formulary positioning within assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pain specialists, oncologists, and anesthesiologists.
  • Collaborate with internal Market Access and Medical teams to support formulary inclusion.
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor account performance using data insights.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide actionable feedback to shape business strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with proven Key Account Management success.
  • Experience in DC listing or adoption of opioid products within hospital settings.
  • Deep knowledge of hospital systems, decision-making processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Established professional network within pain management or oncology segments.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple functions and teams.
  • Must be based in or able to work within the specified South Korean territories.
