What you will do
- Develop and expand relationships across the South Korean market to grow subscription and licensing revenue.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, managing quotations and customer inquiries.
- Monitor account activity, including new business development and renewals for digital products.
- Coordinate and track product trials to convert them into active subscriptions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts using CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events and library conferences to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales within the publishing or information industry.
- Proven experience selling digital or web-based content solutions to academic or corporate customers.
- Fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce.
- Ability to travel frequently within South Korea.
