What you will do

• Lead and manage the Korea commercial team to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and implement country-specific sales strategies for both direct and indirect channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, customers, and key opinion leaders.
• Conduct regular business reviews and pipeline forecasting with local partners and APAC management.
• Coordinate with regional marketing and support teams to ensure effective go-to-market execution.
• Represent the company at regional conferences, seminars, and workshops to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a capital instrument and reagent company.
• Fluency in Korean and strong English proficiency.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or higher.
• Experience in the NGS or sequencing business.
• 10 years of industry experience.
