What you will do

  • Execute programs to achieve financial objectives, including unit targets and GP amounts.
  • Develop short- and long-term channel strategies aligned with the company's business direction and overall strategy.
  • Manage pricing, GTN, and product mix to drive volume growth and new customer development.
  • Create strong customer value propositions and collaborate with dealers to develop sub-dealer networks.
  • Lead core sales activities, including reporting, objective setting, and territory mapping.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to drive operational excellence and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the tire industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong business results.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Experience in Key Account Management.

  • In-depth knowledge of tire industry market dynamics and consumer needs.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare solid business cases to support strategic decisions.
  • People management skills and the ability to lead and influence others.
