What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison for the Field Sales team regarding opportunity booking and subscription management.
• Manage opportunity bookings, ensure accuracy, and maintain process documentation in the hirify.global Handbook.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk and Billing teams to process opportunities and align Salesforce with NetSuite.
• Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations between NetSuite invoices and SFDC opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with ASC606, SOX, and Export Compliance rules.

Requirements

• Experience in Enterprise SaaS/B2B industry within Order Management, Finance Ops, or Sales Ops.
• Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Knowledge and understanding of CPQ tools.
• Legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
