TL;DR

FP&A Manager (SaaS): Managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Go-to-Market organization with an accent on GTM metrics, OpEx analysis, and strategic forecasting. Focus on building scalable financial models, driving process automation using AI, and partnering with leadership to influence business decisions.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Mateo, CA (Hybrid: 3x/week onsite)

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000

What you will do

  • Coordinate annual and recurring forecasts, focusing on key business drivers and financial metrics.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to provide narrative insights on performance, including OpEx, AR, and GI ratio analysis.
  • Build and scale financial models to support business decisions and assess historical trends.
  • Drive forecast efficiency and process automation, leveraging AI tools to improve analytical depth.
  • Prepare and consolidate financial deliverables for the executive team, Board of Directors, and investors.
  • Support ad-hoc financial modeling and special projects to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of FP&A experience, ideally in a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience with GTM metrics including OpEx, AR, and GI ratios.
  • Proficiency with financial systems, specifically NetSuite and Adaptive Planning.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Must be able to work onsite in San Mateo, CA 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs).
  • Ability to collaborate across global time zones, including APAC-based teams.
