What you will do

• Take full ownership of NetSuite administration, including workflows, configurations, and user access.
• Manage and scale administration for Coupa and Navan.
• Diagnose and resolve end-to-end system issues across the financial tech stack.
• Lead financial application updates, tool integrations, and process optimization projects.
• Maintain rigorous change controls and internal documentation standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from junior accountants to the Chief Accounting Officer and help build AI agents for automation.

Requirements

• Hands-on NetSuite administration experience including workflows, saved searches, and configurations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to lead system improvement projects from requirements to completion.
• Strong discipline in documentation and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zone Advanced Billing or NetSuite Fixed Assets module.
• Direct experience with Coupa or Navan.
• Knowledge of integrations, middleware, or AI platforms for KPI dashboards and automations.
• Background in consulting, public accounting, or SaaS with complex revenue models.
