What you will do

• Lead early-stage initiatives and products, often managing multiple functions simultaneously to achieve success.
• Define and maintain a clear, compelling product roadmap aligned with the company mission.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Engage with customers, patients, and partners to gather insights and ensure products solve real-world problems.
• Own projects from problem definition to final recommendation, tackling hard and ambiguous questions independently.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, United States.
• 1+ year of experience in an engineering role; must be able to code and read code fluently.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the software or telehealth space.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, ClickUp, and git flow.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies in a fast-paced startup environment.
