What you will do

• Lead the development of complex product features, including API marketplaces and external partner interfaces.
• Formulate and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and release plans to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with GTM, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop strategies for partnership opportunities.
• Define and track success metrics (KPIs) to monitor product performance and market trends.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to balance new feature development with technical debt and security.
• Identify and assess emerging technologies like AI and automation to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

• Must be located in the EST or CST time zones within the US.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the health IT vendor space.
• 3+ years of experience in home health or home care solutions.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, and customer management.
• Expert-level communication skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency in Agile Product Management principles and tools like Jira or Confluence.

Nice to have

• Classroom Agile/Scrum training or certification.
• Experience working with overseas engineering teams.
