What you will do

• Own product execution for a defined area, articulating direction and influencing cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate solutions and build scalable products.
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer impact and business goals.
• Partner with engineering leads to define stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Drive product launch operations, including documentation, communication, and adoption strategies.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience, with 4+ years in hands-on Product Management.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Experience leading cross-functional sprint teams including design, engineering, and QA.
• Proven track record of driving growth for B2B products in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Strong experience with product lifecycle, from strategic visioning to delivery.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
