What you will do

• Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure proper coding, approval, and routing.
• Manage the AP shared inbox and coordinate follow-ups with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Review employee expense activity in Navan for policy compliance and accuracy.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and remittance updates.
• Support month-end close activities, AP aging reviews, and accrual processes.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation for all AP and procurement transactions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, expense operations, or procurement support.
• Proficiency with AP/procurement systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing recurring operational tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor and employee interaction.
• Accounting knowledge including familiarity with AP aging, accruals, and expense coding.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity environment.
• Experience with Navan, Zip, or Airbase platforms.
