What you will do

• Build and maintain dynamic financial models for MRR/ARR forecasting, churn, and scenario planning.
• Own monthly and quarterly financial close processes for SaaS and OPEX areas.
• Prepare variance analysis, budget-vs-actual reports, and executive commentary for leadership.
• Partner with G&A, Marketing, and Sales to evaluate ROI and go-to-market investments.
• Manage bottoms-up headcount forecasting and real-time tracking of people costs.
• Leverage AI tools to automate financial workflows and improve reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis within a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including complex modeling and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite or Sage Intacct and planning tools like Anaplan.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV, and CAC.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in the Austin Domain office.
