What you will do

• Partner with business functional leaders to provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance insights.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including headcount planning and operating expense analysis.
• Lead vendor spend management activities, including spend analysis and visibility reporting.
• Support resource allocation and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives and functional investments.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models and dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and streamline routine financial tasks.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to leverage AI systems for ideation, development, and scaling departmental needs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate data insights clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in the SaaS or software industry.
• Familiarity with planning systems such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Pigment, or Oracle PBCS.
• Experience with BI or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
