What you will do

• Develop and implement tailored account plans for key hospitals and pain management centers to drive product adoption.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with pain specialists, oncologists, anesthesiologists, and purchasing teams.
• Identify and address market access barriers related to opioid product usage to ensure formulary inclusion.
• Manage sales performance by achieving targets, monitoring KPIs, and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
• Analyze market intelligence and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for business strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, setting clear goals and performance expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record in Key Account Management.
• Experience in DC listing or adoption of opioid products within hospitals.
• Specific expertise in opioid analgesics, oncology, or transdermal patch markets.
• Experience with non-cancer pain products within semi-hospitals.
• Strong knowledge of hospital systems, decision-making processes, and regulatory compliance for opioid products.
• Established professional network within pain management or oncology segments.
