What you will do

  • Achieve capital equipment sales targets within the designated South Korean territory.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term annual business plans to drive growth.
  • Forecast monthly deals and conduct detailed win/loss analysis on tenders.
  • Manage and collaborate with business partners and distributors to expand market share.
  • Maintain and service relationships with key healthcare personnel and hospital customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for structured reporting and sales tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device industry, specifically dealing with capital equipment.
  • Proven business experience managing distributors.
  • Strong strategic and customer-oriented selling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational time management skills.
  • Must be based in Seoul, South Korea for regular office attendance.
  • College degree preferred.
