Location: Must be based in Irvine, CA (Onsite 5 days per week)
Salary: $120,000–$170,500 per year

What you will do
- Manage a high-revenue book of business to meet and exceed retention and growth targets.
- Pitch and upsell the full suite of business products based on client discovery and needs.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to drive value, mitigate churn, and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide data-driven consultations to optimize client wholesale business.
- Maintain accurate client data and activity logs within the CRM.
- Act as a product advocate by providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to internal management and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital sales or account management in a client-facing role.
- Proven track record of managing large revenue books ($1M+) and hitting sales targets.
- Strong analytical approach with proficiency in data-oriented sales strategies.
- Confidence in presenting to C-Suite stakeholders effectively.
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Irvine, CA.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau.
- Prior experience in the cannabis industry.
