TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Canhirify.global): Leading field sales operations and driving revenue growth across Northern California with an accent on team leadership, brand execution, and pipeline management. Focus on building high-performing field teams, optimizing territory plans, and scaling a multi-brand canhirify.global portfolio.

Location: Must be based in one of the following US states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NJ, NV, NY, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA. Must be comfortable in the field 3+ days per week in Northern California.

Salary: $100,000 annual + Commission (0.25% of regional gross sales)

What you will do

  • Own and deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue quotas for Northern California.
  • Manage and coach a field rep team through weekly ride-alongs, 1:1s, and performance evaluations.
  • Design and maintain territory plans for reps, including target accounts and route cadence.
  • Personally manage and grow the top 10 regional accounts through quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive net-new account acquisition and reactivate dormant accounts in collaboration with inside sales.
  • Coordinate with brand partners on market activations and regional sell-in campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B field sales with 2+ years of experience managing a quota-carrying team.
  • Proven track record of delivering aggressive revenue growth in canhirify.global, beverage, CPG, or regulated distribution.
  • Deep familiarity with the Northern California retail and dispensary landscape.
  • Valid CA driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Fluency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot for forecasting and coaching.
  • Existing relationships with California licensed retailers and buyers.
