Focus on scoping, pricing, negotiation, multi-territory arrangements, and maintaining accurate Salesforce pipeline data to deliver against revenue targets.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of COA licensing and solutions accounts, owning the full deal cycle from enquiry through scoping, pricing, negotiation, and close.
- Process per-study license agreements, multi-territory arrangements, and solution bundles.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and identify expansion opportunities via additional instruments, languages, or service add-ons.
- Coordinate with a strategic delivery partner for co-sell originated deals to ensure seamless commercial positioning and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and deal data in Salesforce and provide regular reporting on deal activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
- Work with the broader COA Solutions commercial team to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years in licensing, sales, or account management, ideally in publishing, life sciences, or intellectual-property-related industries.
- Proven experience managing a deal pipeline and working to revenue targets.
- Ability to scope, price, and negotiate licensing agreements; strong customer relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical licensing, clinical trial services, or copyright and intellectual property management.
- Working knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) instruments and their role in clinical trials.
- Knowledge of multi-territory licensing arrangements and familiarity with the pharmaceutical and CRO landscape.
- Experience in a fast-moving commercial environment and additional languages.
