What you will do

• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure financial success.
• Lead project teams, coordinate internal resources, and assign responsibilities based on technical expertise.
• Manage complex contract negotiations and monitor project performance against established goals.
• Execute risk management strategies to minimize negative financial impacts.
• Coordinate detailed technical reviews to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Mentor staff on project management best practices and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• Proven experience in project management including scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
