What you will do

• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress and financial performance.
• Lead complex, high-priority municipal and land development projects across multiple teams.
• Assemble project teams, coordinate internal resources, and assign responsibilities aligned with project objectives.
• Manage contracts, change requests, project risks, deliverables, and technical quality reviews.
• Maintain client relationships, support future work, and document project records.
• Mentor staff on project management best practices and available project support resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• Project management experience with scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
